Fabio Di Segni was asked by Food and Wine magazine to set up a photoshoot for renowned photographer Finn Beales to showcase local dishes and special wines in the Piedmont region. Fabio found great stories and contributors and organized access, permits, and events such as a white truffle hunt, classic tajarin pasta-making and much more.
