I worked with Fabio a number of years ago on a documentary about Napoleon for BBC2 in the Uk. I found him very good at negotiating local bureaucracy and getting us the access we needed, and he was good at thinking on his feet when we needed to find opportunities at short notice. Our shoot in Italy with him went very smoothly.
