{The Italian segment of Top Gear turned out really brilliantly, and everyone here was thrilled with the result. It wouldn't have been possible without Fabio's support, both in pre-production when he took care of so many of our varied, and often last- minute demands, and during filming with his reliable, friendly and reassuring presence on location.

{I worked with Fabio a number of years ago on a documentary about Napoleon for BBC2 in the Uk. {I spent 3 weeks in Europe shooting for Travel Channel, a large network in the United States for a travel / adventure show and we were highlighting a number of locations including Italy. Fabio joined me for the entire European trip and it wouldn't have been a success without him. He helped in all areas including pre-production, helping us get around, knowing where to eat, speaking the language, currency, permits, etc. He even helped shoot sometimes when needed. Aside from ensuring each shoot went smoothly, he also did a great job at keeping spirits high. I traveled all over the world for 2+ years filming this TV show and Fabio was my favorite Fixer.
